As mentioned below, we went to Santa Cruz for the weekend – and had a lot of fun. Among the highlights (presented in chronological order below): stopping for ice-cream on the way, posing for photos at our (picturesque) hotel, playing in the sand, and hitting the pool and hottub. This was actually Avery’s first time in the pool, and she seemed to like it (despite a few tears at first). And the chair she’s sitting in might look familiar: it’s the same one Zoe lounged in last year (go here and scroll down). Q and I love revisiting our favorite spots!
