I’ve always been a big fan of the Winter Olympics, and yesterday afternoon Zoe snuggled up to me on the couch as I watched the pairs’ short program. “Will you take me there?” she inquired at one point. “To the ice-rink, so you can skate? Sure,” I told her. “Can I skate with that boy?” she asked as one of the Russian pairs came on the ice. “I’ll be nice to him!”

Sounds like someone might be asking for skating lessons (and/or a playdate with a cute Russian boy!) in the future.
