Week in Washington, part III (The Birthday Celebration)

There shouldn’t be any doubt in Zoe’s mind that she’s now three: she has had a lot of birthday celebrations since her “official” party two weeks ago. Safta and PopPop were nice enough to host another little party last Wed., and I’m sure Zoe felt lucky for being able to celebrate with her grandparents and cousins! Here are some pics.
