Some pics
Okay, something is pretty clear 4+ weeks into Avery’s life: we don’t take as many pictures of her as we did of Zoe. We love her little face as much as Zoe’s, of course, but I guess we’re just less compelled the second time around to take the same old pictures. Newborns, after all, don’t do much aside from eat, sleep and cry!
With that said, we do still keep the camera close by to document some of these early moments. Here are a few recent shots.

That’s the first picture with a smile. She was not smiling yet when we were there. Is this a regular thing now? Or was it gas?

I love the “smiling” gassy picture. It is hard to believe that such a peaceful baby cries a lot.
