Zoe’s sick day

Thanks to another pesky flu-bug, Zoe had to call in sick to Elena’s today. I stayed home with her and am happy to report that she was a good little patient – and appears to be feeling better. She spent most of the morning snuggled in bed, watching favorite shows, and later felt well enough to color and play with Play-Doh. (Amazingly, I even got a lot of work done!) Here’s hoping she’ll be as good as new by tomorrow.

    She looks like a little angel in bed. Her golden curls are so beautiful and it is so nice seeing her entertain herself. I cannot wait for next month when she comes for a quick visit.

    Hi Little Zoe,

    It is hard for me to believe one week ago this morning grandma and I were getting ready to take you for a little walk before we had to leave for the airport. You are such a good little walking companion. Sorry to hear you are a little sick; hope you get better real soon. You look so cute in these pictures. Of course, you look cute in ALL your pictures.
