An end-of-the-year present came for Zoe in the mail yesterday. It was from her (unbelievably amazing) teacher, who had included a card that said, “I love your beautiful smile, bright mind, kind and caring heart, and fantastic sense of humor.” But it was a quote on the card – a Winnie the Pooh one – that really got to me. “You’re braver than you believe, and stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think,” it said. That’s a message I want my girls to always remember!
