We just got home from a few days in Madison, where we, among other things, celebrated the 4th of July. It’s been years since I’ve been there for that holiday, and it was a real treat to be in warm weather and watch fireworks with family. (That’s Cousins Brock and Tanner in the pictures below.) Our attempt to march in a neighborhood parade wasn’t that successful (see second-to-last photo), but it was a fun (patriotic) day just the same.
